We can't promise a full refund with no questions asked because it costs us lots of time and money to make you custom stuff. But, if you receive a book that is damaged in any way (missing, ripped or loose pages, etc.), we will be happy to replace it. Please notify us by email or by filling out the contact form on our Contact page and we'll get on it right away.
Because you have control over the editing process, can provide your own text and photo content, and approve the final version of the book's content before it goes to print, we cannot accept full responsibility for the quality of the content purchased in terms of misspelled words, grammatical errors, photo formatting, design or overall appearance. To avoid disappointment, please review your content thoroughly before approving it.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time for any reason without penalty.
